On arrival, you will be picked up and transferred to your hotel. Leisure time.
At 8:00 AM, our guide and car will meet you at your hotel in Ho Chi Minh City center to start the tour.
- The first stop is Reunification Palace, the former residence of the President of South Vietnam until the end of the war in April 1975.
- Next, visit the Notre Dame Cathedral and the Old Central Post Office, two iconic French colonial structures.
- Continue to Chinatown and visit Thien Hau Pagoda, dedicated to the Goddess of the Sea. The intricate friezes, carved tableaus, and impressive incense coils make for great photos.
- Stroll through the narrow streets of Chinatown to explore Binh Tay Market, which sells everything from clothes to dried squid.
After breakfast, depart for Cu Chi Tunnels, a network of more than 120 km of underground passages built by Vietnamese guerrillas to hide and fight against rival forces.
- Learn how the Vietnamese made and used various booby traps during the Vietnam War.
- Discover the techniques for creating, maintaining, and living inside the tunnels.
- Visit underground halls, secret working areas, and meeting rooms.
After lunch, return to your hotel.
