Exploring North and Central Vietnam in 10 Days

Overnight in Hanoi.

8.00: Get picked up by our friendly guide and start to explore Hanoi City
08.45: Arrive at Tran Quoc Pagoda located on Golden Fish Island in West Lake. It is the oldest pagoda in Ha Noi built in the 6th century.
09.30: Visit Ho Chi Minh complex, you have a chance to see the embalmed body of Ho Chi Minh then walk around the garden to see 2 houses where he lived & and worked from 1954 to 1969. Then visit One Pillar Pagoda where the Goddess of Mercy is – It is the most unique pagoda in the world.
Ø Should dress modestly by covering from shoulders to knees when visiting Ho Chi Minh mausoleum, temples, pagodas…
Ø Ho Chi Minh’s Mausoleum is closed on Mondays and Fridays.
11.15: Continue to visit the Temple of Literature – the first university of Vietnam, established in the 11th century.
12.45: Have lunch at a local restaurant.
14.00: Hoa Lo Prison Museum which was originally used by the French colonists in Indochina for political prisoners, and later by North Vietnam for U.S. prisoners of war during the Vietnam War. During this later period, it was known to American POWs as the “Hanoi Hilton”.
15.15: Explore Ngoc Son Temple (Temple of Jade Mountain) dedicated to Confucian and Taoist philosophers and the national hero Tran Hung Dao. The temple with its famous Huc bridge is in the center of Hoan Kiem (Sword) Lake.
16.15 -16.30: Tour finishes. Back to hotel.

Having breakfast then check out of hotel.
08:00 – 08:30: Pick up at your hotel and depart for Ha Long City.
12:00 You will be taken on our tender from the wharf and make your way out onto the bay to board our luxurious craft, Sapphire Cruise. You will be welcome aboard and greeted with a complimentary drink.
Our Crew will conduct a compulsory safety procedures session and then you are free to check into your cabin and freshen up. Take some time to have a look around the vessel or watch the magical landscape go by.
13: 15: A special lunch of fresh seafood and an assortment of appetizing favorites will be served. We set sail for Lan Ha Bay passing to Da Chong islet where you can see a lighthouse built by the French over 100 years ago.
15:00 When lunch is about to finish, it is just nice that the Cruise completes its entry through Cua Van area to Lan Ha Bay (as part of Halong Bay). The area is surrounded by a lot of extraordinary limestone karst landscapes. Guests can start their journey to explore Lan Ha Bay by Kayaking and swimming in the crystal clear waters of the bay.
17: 00: Back to the main boat, and cruising to a place for staying overnight
17:30 Join the sunset party on the sundeck in a warm and romantic atmosphere, making friends with the
members of the group enjoying fresh local fruit, and listening to soft light music.
18:00 Take a cooking class
19:15 Relish special Dinner in the restaurant.
20:45 – 00:00 Your free time to relax with an exotic cocktail or whatever takes your fancy. Our bar has a wide range of wines, beers, and liquors and is always a welcome sight

06:00 The nicest time of the day on Lan Ha Bay is the morning. Head to the upper deck to participate in our daily Tai Chi sessions. Relax with an early morning cup of tea, coffee or juice anywhere you wish on the boat and watch the never-ending miraculous scenery unfold before you.
06:30 Light breakfast will be served in our restaurant (pastries, tea, coffee)
7:30 – 9:00 Enjoy the last stage of your trip to Dark & Bright cave and islets by local rowing boats which is a wild and mysterious beauty in the middle of the World Heritage. Back to our main board afterward.
09:00- 9:15 Check out of your cabin as we draw closer to the mainland.
9:45 Lunch in the restaurant on the cruise.
10:45 Take the tender to leave the ship to Tuan Chau harbor
11:45 Tour ends at Tuan Chau, Halong
Get on the bus and return to Hanoi.
15:00 Arrive in Hanoi and get a transfer to airport for a short flight to Hue.
Upon arrival in

08:00 – 08:30: Pick up at your hotel in Hue city center and get on the dragon boat to visit Thien Mu Pagoda – is the oldest pagoda in Hue city.
09:15: Visit Imperial Citadel which is a home of Vietnam’s last royal dynasty.
11:30: Continue to see Dong Ba Market
12:15: Have Lunch at a local restaurant
13:30: After lunch, continue to visit Minh Mang Tomb – a unique mausoleum with nature surroundings and Khai Dinh Tomb – a blend of Western and Eastern architecture.
16:00: Visit and take photo at Conical hat and incense making village
16:45: Arrive at Hue city center and drop off at hotel.
The rest of day is at your leisure.
Overnight in Hue

Have breakfast and then check out of hotel. The driver will meet you at 9am for the transfer from Hue to Da Nang. After 3,5 hours of driving, you will be dropped at hotel in Da Nang for check in and rest.
Overnight in Da Nang.

At 8:00 – 8:30: Our car and Guide will meet you at your hotel in Da Nang and start the trip to Ba Na Hills.
At 9:30: Upon arrival Ba Na hills. You will get on a Cable Car which gains 4 world scores including longest single-wire cable car system (5,771.61 meters), highest difference between departure and arrival terminals (1,368.93 meters). Longest non-stop cable (11,587 meters) and the heaviest cable roll (141.24tons).
From The Cable Car. You can see the vast forests, contemplate the beauty of the dreamy Mo stream and soft Toc Tien waterfall.
Arrive at Station 2 at the height of 1.138 m, our guide will take you to: Debay Wine Cellar built in 1923. Le Jardin D’Amour Flower Garden (a huge flower garden, where many kinds of flowers, including rare flowers). A 100-year-old grapefruit tree by the first funicular in Vietnam (climbing-mountain train).
Highlight in this tour is Golden Bridge ( Hands of God). You will have a chance to see and take photos of this beautiful bridge.
You continue to visit Linh Ung pagoda where the highest Buddhism statue in the country is located (27 m).
At 11:30: Have Lunch at a your own account and take a short rest.
At 12:30: Conquer the peak of Chua Mountain at the height of 1487 m, the highest peak in Ba na. Then,
you will visit Linh Chua Linh Tu Temple to bask in the purity and peacefulness, find your minds relaxed and leave your worries behind.
You continue to discover the French Square. Visit and play some games in Fantasy Park – one of the largest indoor amusement park in Vietnam with series of interesting games: Freefall tower, 4 – 5 D film, skiver, the death race, Dinosaur Park,..
At 14:00: Back to the cabin down the mountain. The car will take you back to your hotel in Da Nang around 16:00.

Check out of hotel then get a transfer to Hoi An. After 45 minutes of driving, you will be dropped off at hotel in Hoi An for checkin and rest.
Overnight in Hoi An.

8:00: Driver and guide pick you up from your hotel. Starting this morning with visiting My Son Holy Land (My Son Sanctuary).
09:30: Arrive in My Son, you are going to find out the unique beautiful sanctuary world of the ancient Cham religion. You will have a chance to discover My Son- the old Holy Land of Cham kingdom with secret mossy towers in the 19th century, enjoy a featured music show of Cham people, discover The Marian Pilgrimage Center of Tra Kieu, which was once the first capital city of the Hindu Champa Kingdom.
11:30: Have lunch at a local restaurant.
